I am passionate about assisting clients achieving better health and wellbeing with gentle natural therapies.

Nowadays, our health and wellbeing are increasingly negatively affected by many stressors, such as nutrient-deficient diets, lack of exercise, exposure to environmental toxins and stress. We are seeing more chronic and complicated diseases in the Western world.  As a naturopath I look at how those stressors might be affecting your wellbeing and can educate and empower you to take control over your health.
