Ingredients:

  • 1 kg vegetables (broccoli, kohlrabi, Sweet Corn, Spring Onions, Carrots, Zucchini)
  • 2 eggs
  • 250g Cream or yoghurt
  • Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Nutmeg
  • 100g grated cheese (Gouda)

Steam vegetables, spread into baking dish. Mix eggs with cream/yoghurt, season with salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg. Pour mixture over vegetables and top with grated cheese.

Bake at 200 degrees C (170 degrees C fan-forced) for about 30 minutes
